Refund Policy
Effective 28 June 2026
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and will appear on your statement from them.
Monthly Subscription — Blueprint ($19 / month)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep full access until the end of your current paid period.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, no partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
Exception: if you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the Service during your billing period, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
One-Time Purchases — Golden Path ($297) and Blueprint Report ($97)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable.
Free Tier
The free "First Contact" tier involves no charge and therefore no refund applies.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@primaleva.com with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- · The email address associated with your account.
- · Your Paddle order confirmation number (found in your purchase receipt email).
- · A brief note on the reason (optional but helpful).
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback rather than contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly — we respond to all refund requests within one business day.
